We envision leaders from every sphere of influence throughout Orlando and Central Florida crossing vocational, denominational and racial lines to transform themselves and their companies, churches and the community. That transformation is rooted in the flourishing - both personally and as a community - in the way that God intended. This is the vision that inspires and motivates those leaders that have experienced Lifework training experiences. Our mission is to create training and opportunities for leaders to explore and act on principles that are "good for business" as well as personal development.

We are committed to equipping leaders because we believe that the quality of leadership in an organization or society makes the difference between success and failure. Our principles are based on a Christian worldview and readily transferable for today's marketplace. Our flagship program is the eight-month Lifework Leadership Class.
